As for my review of the book, PTW was written with so much insight and feeling and so intensely evocative of the life I knew in the once-glorious Brigadoon that was Aliquippa in the Fifties that it made me cry so much I couldn’t finish it. No great depth, but a good 'how to'. The author also gives examples of specific exercises and recipes that can help counteract weight gain. It is not about agenda design but rather about the behaviors that lead to engagement, insight and energy.
